City Council meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 6pm. They are held at The Thiebaud Auditorium at 105 E. 11th St.

We have several payment options available, you can pay by:
- Calling City Hall at 417-682-5554
- Using the drop-box at City Hall
- Stopping by City Hall's office or going through the drive-thru
- Paying online
Please note bills are due the 15th of each month. After the 15th a 10% late fee will be incurred. Shut offs for unpaid accounts begins the 20th of each moth.

To start or stop service you will need to come into City Hall.
When starting service you will be asked to fill out a utility application, to pay a meter deposit, and we will take a copy of your photo ID.
To stop service we will ask that you complete our utility cancellation form.
