On April 27th Hayden Todd, Greg Strong and Louis Sinnett represented Lamar's Public Works and were presented the Silver Shovel award presented by Spire gas. This award recognizes the safe practices of the city and that they went another year without incident in relation to gas mains. We would like to acknowledge and thank our public works crews for all of the hard work, attention to detail and dedication as they dig in utility right of ways.
